 Blog 5 What have you learned about the processes of designing a sound research study in class?  In many ways, the process of writing the research proposal was not too different from how I conceived my Master's thesis or how I approached writing proposals for Department of Labor-Employment and Training Administration grants. The key differences in the writing was that this was a method design specific to the PTW profession, which was a bit different than how Geographers approach a similar type of study...and yet, they were more alike than not. The structural approach was interesting, and having the lit review done first definitely allowed me to better conceptualize what it was I wanted to do for the usability study I proposed.
